I am so happy you are here. I am hoping this challenge will bring you a new perspective and a life changing experience.

As a holistic health and lifestyle coach, I am passionate about self-love. I believe in order to become the best version of ourselves, we must begin with self-love.

So, what is self-love?

Self-love is mostly spoken and written about and discussed topic. It is also one topic that we struggle in understanding and implementing in our lives, as women.  One reason could be that self-love is means so many different things to many, another reason could be self-love is defined so differently through society.

Whatever the reason, we can relate certain activities in our life as acts of self-love; whether it is exercising, meditating, getting a manicure & pedicure, getting a massage or binge-watching your favorite Netflix show series or our favorite pizza and bag of chips or cookies  🙂  Yummm …

Let’s see if we could dive into self-love from another prospective and learn to feel it, breathe it, and be with it. So check out the Blog posts below to learn more.
